Use the controls below or in the site footer to reopen advertising consent settings or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising. Available controls depend on your region and appear when our advertising privacy service has loaded.

Site data
We use public Deadlock and public profile data to build hero pages, player pages, builds, ladder views, and stats boards.
Technical data
Our hosting and analytics providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or device information, page paths, referrers, and timing data so the site can load, stay secure, and be measured.
What we collect
Only the categories needed to operate the product.
Steam sign-in
If you sign in through Steam, we receive your Steam identifier and public profile information and use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. Steam handles authentication; we do not receive your Steam password.
Public game and profile data
This includes public stats, hero usage, match trends, leaderboard context, public Steam-facing identity fields, and other gameplay-related fields needed to render the pages on DeadlockLAB.
Usage analytics
DeadlockLAB uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are being used, how people move through the site, and where the product needs work.
Server and cache data
To keep the site fast, we cache snapshots and operational metadata across our infrastructure. Those cached records can include the public data required to rebuild a page quickly.
Advertising data
NitroPay and advertising partners may collect online and cookie identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, page URLs, ad interactions, and consent choices. This information comes from your browser, your use of the site, and advertising partners. It is used to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, and secure advertising.
What we do with it
Everything is in service of the site working better.
Render pages
We use data to populate hero stats, player profiles, builds, ladder pages, labs, patch notes, and related product surfaces.
Keep the site fast
We store and refresh snapshot data so common pages can open quickly without hitting every upstream source on every request.
Measure quality
We use traffic and performance signals to understand which pages matter most, where the site is slow, and which datasets should be refreshed more aggressively.
What we do not collect
Some categories are simply outside the scope of this site.
No passwords
DeadlockLAB does not ask for your Steam password or other platform credentials.
No payment data
There is no payment flow on the site, so we do not collect card details or billing information.
No private account inbox
DeadlockLAB is a public stats product. It is not built around private messaging, private files, or private account storage.
Player pages
Public by function, not pushed as search spam.
Profile pages
Player profile pages use public gameplay and profile information so visitors can open a direct stats view for a known account.
Search indexing
Those player pages are product pages, but they are currently configured as noindex, follow so they stay usable without turning the search index into a crawl dump of every player profile.

NitroPay and advertising partners.
Advertising services
DeadlockLAB uses NitroPay, operated by Overwolf, to provide advertising and manage advertising consent. NitroPay and its partners may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalized advertising where permitted. Data may be disclosed to ad exchanges, advertising networks, measurement providers, and their service providers for these purposes.
Consent in Europe
Where applicable, NitroPay presents a consent management platform for advertising purposes and vendors. You can review, refuse, or change consent and withdraw it later using Manage cookie preferences on this page or in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Essential cookies remain necessary for features such as sign-in and remembering privacy choices.
Browser choices
Advertising opt-out choices may be stored on your browser or device. You may need to repeat your choice on another browser or device, or after clearing cookies. Your browser also provides settings to block or delete cookies; doing so may affect sign-in and other site features.
California and US privacy

Sale or sharing
Disclosing online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, or approximate location to advertising partners for personalized advertising may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under California and other US privacy laws. Where available, use Do Not Sell My Personal Information on this page or in the footer to exercise your advertising opt-out.
Access, correction, deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, a portable copy, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or information about the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your request.

Send requests or appeals to deadlocklabcom@gmail.com and identify the right you wish to exercise and the relevant account or browser information. We may need to verify your identity using information relevant to your request. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization; we may also need to verify your identity. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How long information is used and where it is processed.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, considering the type of information, account and service operation, cache refresh schedules, security, legal obligations, and privacy requests. Advertising and analytics providers apply their own retention policies to information they process; see their privacy notices and use the available privacy controls.
International processing
Our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers may process information outside your country. Applicable safeguards and provider practices are described in their privacy notices. For questions about our processing, contact deadlocklabcom@gmail.com. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
